Their duties include cleaning, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance issues, all while ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
1>>Cleaning:
A>>Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces in guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
B>>Changing bed linens, towels, and replenishing toiletries and other guest room supplies.
C>>Emptying trash and ensuring proper waste disposal and recycling.
D>>Maintaining cleanliness of bathrooms and replenishing supplies.
2>>Restocking:
A>>Ensuring guest rooms and common areas are adequately stocked with necessary supplies like toiletries, linens, and amenities.
B>>Maintaining a clean and organized housekeeping cart with necessary supplies.
3>>Maintenance:
A>>Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
B>>Checking for any technical or safety issues in guest rooms and reporting them.
