They also play a key role in organizational development, change management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnering:
Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
Talent Management:
Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.
Employee Relations:
Manage employee relations issues, provide guidance on performance management, and facilitate conflict resolution.
Organizational Development:
Lead or support organizational development initiatives, including change management and restructuring.
HR Operations:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, manage HR processes, and analyze HR metrics.
Coaching and Development:
Coach and mentor managers on effective leadership practices and employee development.
