1. Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identifying and acquiring new customers through various channels.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate financial solutions.
Handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
2. Loan Processing and Operations:
Processing loan applications, including documentation and verification.
Ensuring compliance with KYC norms and company policies.
Managing loan accounts, including timely payment follow-ups and recovery.
Verifying and appraising gold ornaments used as collateral.
3. Sales and Business Development:
Achieving individual and branch sales targets.
Cross-selling financial products like insurance and other investment opportunities.
Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to overall business growth.
4. Other Duties:
Preparing and submitting reports to management.
Assisting in staff training and development.
Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Gold Loan/ NBFC.
