A Telesales Executive – Insurance Sales will primarily focus on selling insurance products over the phone, handling inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Key responsibilities include explaining insurance policies, identifying customer needs, closing sales, and maintaining customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of calls and updating information in the CRM system.
Responsibilities:
1. Outbound & Inbound Calls: Engage with potential and existing customers through phone calls to promote and sell insurance products.
2. Product Knowledge: Clearly explain different insurance policies, features, and benefits to customers.
3. Needs Identification: Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
4. Sales Closure: Guide customers through the sales process and finalize policy purchases.
5. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service.
6. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and update information in the CRM system.
7. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
8. Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads through various methods.
Experience:
>>> Must have prior experience in insurance sales (Life/Health/General).
>>> Excellent communication and convincing skills.
>>> Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English preferred.
