Cashier

A cashier is responsible for processing customer transactions by handling payments, scanning items, and providing excellent customer service. They play a key role in the customer experience, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and maintaining a tidy checkout area.

Key Responsibilities:

Scanning items, calculating costs, processing payments (cash, credit, debit), and issuing receipts.

Answering customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving complaints, and handling returns or exchanges.
3>>Cash Handling:
Counting cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts, managing change, and balancing receipts.
4>>Checkout Area Maintenance:
Keeping the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
