A Senior HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing recruitment strategies to onboarding new hires. They collaborate with hiring managers, source and assess candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Additionally, they play a role in employer branding and may mentor junior recruiters.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and create compelling job descriptions.
2. Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to build a diverse talent pipeline. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates for skills and cultural fit.
3. Interview & Selection: Manage the interview process, including scheduling, conducting interviews, and facilitating feedback. Evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit through interviews and assessments.
4. Offer Management: Negotiate and extend job offers to successful candidates.
5. Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
6. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
7. Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
8. Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
9. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters. ions, including EEO, OSHA, and other employment laws.
