Responsibilities:
Patient Relations: Greet patients and visitors, answer their questions, and provide information about hospital services.
Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, surgeries, and tests.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records, medical histories, and other relevant documents.
Billing and Insurance: Assist with insurance claims, billing, and coding.
General Office Support: Answer phones, manage correspondence, maintain office supplies, and assist with data entry.
Communication: Act as a liaison between patients, medical staff, and other departments.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.
Technology: Utilize practice management software, patient portals, and other technology to manage scheduling and patient information.
Skills:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Customer Service: Friendly and patient-oriented approach to patient interactions.
Technical: Proficiency in using computers and office software.

Additional Duties:
