Core Responsibilities:
Sales Execution: Implement sales strategies, maintain strong relationships with clients, and promote products or services.
Customer Relations: Respond to inquiries, address complaints, and build rapport with customers.
Market Analysis: Conduct research on potential customers, market trends, and competitors.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Sales Reporting: Generate reports to analyze performance and identify improvement areas.
Inventory Management: Process orders and manage inventory levels.
Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations on products or services.
Required Skills:
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and listening skills.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve problems.
Sales Techniques: Knowledge of various sales techniques and industry developments.
Organizational Skills: Time management, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and build relationships.
Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience: as a Sales Officer or related role.
Bachelor’s degree: in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
