Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify potential customers through various channels, including referrals, open market, and community outreach.
Client Interaction:
Explain the details of affordable mortgage products, their features, and benefits to prospective customers.
Documentation and Processing:
Collect and verify necessary documents, process applications, and coordinate with internal teams for loan approval.
Sales and Negotiation:
Negotiate loan terms and conditions, ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines, and achieve sales targets.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service, address queries, and build strong client relationships.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and disbursements, and prepare reports on sales performance.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
