Being a telecaller at 3DR CAREER GUIDANCE the following skills are mandatory
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identifying and contacting potential students through various channels.
Follow-up and Retention: Maintaining contact with prospects and existing students to address questions, provide support, and encourage continued enrollment.
Sales and Conversion: Successfully converting prospects into enrolled students by showcasing the benefits of the educational institution.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilizing CRM tools to manage interactions, track leads, and maintain accurate records.
Data Entry and Reporting: Maintaining call logs, updating records, and generating reports as needed.
Compliance: Adhering to established telecalling scripts and company policies.
Communication: Utilizing effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with students and parents.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate information over the phone.
Persuasive and confident attitude: Ability to engage with prospects and motivate them to enroll.
Active listening skills: Ability to understand customer needs and tailor communication accordingly.
Sales techniques and CRM familiarity: Understanding of sales processes and experience with customer relationship management tools.
Basic computer skills: Ability to use computer systems for data entry and record-keeping.
Time management and multitasking: Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
High school diploma or equivalent: Minimum educational requirement.
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service: Preferred, but not always required.
