Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about products and services.

Identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, and following up to ensure resolution.
3>>Communication:
Communicating clearly and effectively with customers, actively listening to their needs, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
4>>Documentation:
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, using CRM software, and documenting all communication for future reference.
5>>Teamwork:
Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, improve customer service practices, and contribute to a positive work environment.
6>>Process Adherence:
Following communication scripts, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
7>>Customer Satisfaction:
Focusing on providing excellent customer service, meeting or exceeding customer expectations, and building positive customer relationships.
