COLLECTION MANAGER

A Collections Manager oversees the process of collecting outstanding payments owed to an organization. They develop strategies to improve recovery rates, manage a team of collection agents, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1>>Strategy & Implementation: Developing and implementing strategies to minimize delinquency and optimize collections performance.
2>>Team Management: Supervising, motivating, and training a team of collection agents.
Account Management: Reviewing and evaluating delinquent accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and handling escalated cases.
3>>Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection.
4>>Performance Monitoring: Monitoring and analyzing collection metrics, identifying trends, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
5>>Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments (e.g., legal, finance, customer service) to optimize the collections process.
6>>Reporting: Preparing and distributing regular reports on the status of collections and delinquencies.
