A Store Executive manages all aspects of store operations, including inventory, staff, customer service, and sales, to ensure efficient and profitable store performance. They are responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, supervising staff, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Monitoring stock levels, ordering new stock, managing inventory control, and ensuring timely restocking.

Training, supervising, and motivating store staff to maintain high performance and customer service standards.

Addressing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and resolving issues to ensure positive customer experiences.

Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and achieve store targets, analyzing sales reports, and staying updated on industry trends.

Maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal, managing cash registers, and handling financial transactions.

Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.

Collaborating with other departments like procurement, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth store operations.
