An HR Officer (Recruiter) is responsible for the full cycle of recruitment, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. They also play a key role in building the company’s employer brand and maintaining relationships with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
1>>Sourcing Candidates:
Utilizing various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks to find qualified candidates.
2>>Screening and Interviewing:
Reviewing resumes, conducting interviews (phone, video, or in-person), and assessing candidates’ skills and experience.
3>>Managing the Hiring Process:
Coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, extending job offers, and managing background checks and onboarding.
4>>Building Relationships:
Maintaining communication with candidates throughout the process and fostering positive relationships with hiring managers.
5>>Developing Recruitment Strategies:
Working with hiring managers to understand their needs and developing strategies to attract top talent.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
• Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, walk-in Interview, networking events to attract potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements

Key Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong decision-making abilities, and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
