An HR Officer (Recruiter) is primarily responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to fill open positions within an organization. They manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. They also play a crucial role in maintaining a positive candidate experience and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

1>>Developing Recruitment Strategies:
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
2>>Sourcing Candidates:
Utilizing various channels like job boards, social media, professional networking sites, and employee referrals to find potential candidates.
3>>Screening and Shortlisting:
Reviewing resumes, applications, and conducting initial screenings to identify qualified candidates.
4>>Conducting Interviews:
Performing in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
• Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, walk-in Interview, networking events to attract potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements

Key Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong decision-making abilities, and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
