A Relationship Manager for Prime Lap (DSA Channel) primarily focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to drive Loan Against Property (LAP) sales. They are responsible for sourcing, processing, and disbursing LAP files, as well as managing and motivating DSAs to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
DSA Management:
Build and maintain a network of DSAs, ensuring their motivation, training, and performance.
Lead Generation and Sourcing:
Identify and generate leads for LAP applications through DSAs and other channels.
Loan Processing and Disbursement:
Oversee the process of LAP loan applications, from sourcing to disbursement, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines.
Relationship Building:
Establish and cultivate strong relationships with DSAs, providing support and guidance.
Sales Target Achievement:
Drive sales performance through effective DSA management and loan conversion rates.
