A Telesales Executive is responsible for selling products or services over the phone, engaging with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and persuade them to make a purchase. They build relationships with clients, follow up on leads, and work towards achieving sales targets, all while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various methods like cold calling and research.
Sales Closing:
Persuading customers to purchase products or services via phone-based sales pitches.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients, addressing inquiries, and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Sales Target Achievement:
Consistently working towards meeting or exceeding predetermined sales targets.
Record Keeping:
Accurately maintaining records of customer interactions, sales leads, and overall performance within a CRM system.
Product Knowledge:
Developing a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively address customer needs.
Following Sales Scripts:
Utilizing sales scripts and strategies provided by the company, while also adapting them to specific situations.
Providing Excellent Customer Service:
Addressing customer queries and complaints effectively and professionally.
Staying Updated:
Keeping abreast of industry trends and product knowledge to enhance sales efforts.
Collaboration:
Working with other sales team members and relevant departments to resolve customer issues and improve sales processes.

Job Requirements:
– Experience: Fresher or 1 year of Experienced candidates in Sales
– Qualification: Minimum Graduation completed
– Skills: Basic computer knowledge
– Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
– Languages: Excellent communication in English, Hindi and Marathi
– Age: 18 to 40 years
– Work Type: In-office
