A Telesales Executive, also known as a Telesales Representative or Telephone Salesperson, is responsible for selling products or services over the phone. This role involves contacting potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and persuading them to make a purchase. They play a crucial role in driving revenue and growth for their company.
Key Responsibilities:
1>>Outbound and Inbound Calling: Telesales Executives handle both inbound calls (from customers interested in products/services) and outbound calls (to generate leads and make sales).
2>>Sales Generation: They aim to make sales, upsell, and cross-sell products/services to both new and existing customers.
3>>Lead Generation: They identify potential customers through various sales techniques, including cold calling.
4>>Customer Relationship Management: They build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and address any concerns.
5>>Product Knowledge: They need to be well-informed about the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
6>>Customer Needs Assessment: They ask questions to understand customer requirements and tailor their sales pitch accordingly.

Salary: ₹15,000 CTC – ₹20,000 CTC
(Fixed Salary + Unlimited Incentives)
Job Requirements:
– Gender: Male/Female
– Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
– Qualification: Minimum 12th grade completed
– Skills: Basic computer knowledge
– Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
– Languages: Good communication in English and Hindi
– Age: 18 to 40 years
– Work Type: In-office
