Telesales Executive

A Telesales Executive is a sales professional who sells products or services over the phone. They interact with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, persuade them to make purchases, and manage customer relationships. Essentially, they are responsible for driving sales through phone-based interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

1>>Outbound and Inbound Calling:
Telesales Executives make calls to potential customers (outbound) and handle incoming calls from interested customers (inbound).
2>>Sales Pitching:
They present products or services, highlighting their benefits and features, and address customer questions and concerns.
3>>Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining relationships with customers is crucial for repeat business and customer satisfaction.
4>>Closing Sales:
They aim to close deals, negotiate prices, and secure sales.
5>>Lead Generation:
Telesales Executives often generate leads for the sales team by identifying potential customers and gathering information.
6>>Customer Service:
Providing excellent customer service is a key aspect of the role, ensuring customer satisfaction and handling complaints or issues.
7>>Meeting Sales Targets:
They are typically responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.
8>>Product Knowledge:

Salary: ₹15,000 CTC – ₹20,000 CTC
(Fixed Salary + Unlimited Incentives)

Job Requirements:
– Gender: Male/Female
– Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
– Qualification: Minimum 12th grade completed
– Skills: Basic computer knowledge
– Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
– Languages: Good communication in English and Hindi
– Age: 18 to 40 years
– Work Type: In-office
