Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Implementation:
Developing and executing regional business plans to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and enhance brand presence.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of regional managers and staff, fostering a positive and high-performing environment.
3. Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
Analyzing regional performance, monitoring key metrics, and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and community leaders, to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
5. Compliance and Policy Adherence:
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements within the region.
6. Budget Management:
Managing and overseeing the regional budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness.
7. Business Development:

Must have 2 – 3 years of experience in MFI.
