An HR Executive would be responsible for a variety of tasks related to managing the company’s human resources. Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
Sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles, as well as managing the onboarding process for new employees.
2. Employee Relations:
Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
3. Performance Management:
Assisting with performance reviews and appraisals, providing feedback, and identifying areas for employee development.
4. Training and Development:
Identifying training needs and coordinating training programs for employees.
5. Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, including maintaining employee records and managing payroll.
6. Employee Engagement:
Organizing employee engagement activities and welfare programs to boost morale and productivity.
7. Policy Implementation:
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
