A Sales Executive will be responsible for selling motorcycles, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves actively engaging with potential customers, demonstrating vehicles, negotiating deals, and providing excellent after-sales service. The Sales Executive will also participate in sales events and contribute to the overall sales performance of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement:
Actively seek out and engage with potential customers, both walk-in and through leads generated from various sources.
2. Sales & Negotiation:
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Bajaj motorcycles, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
3. Product Knowledge:
Develop a strong understanding of the Bajaj product line, including specifications, features, and pricing.
4. Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Sales Target Achievement:
Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets as set by the management.
6. Sales Promotion:
Participate in sales events, promotions, and marketing activities to generate leads and drive sales.
7. Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant documentation.
8. Complaint Resolution:
Address customer complaints related to sales and service, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
9. Market Awareness:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
