Key Responsibilities of a Receptionist:
Greeting and assisting visitors:
Providing a friendly and professional welcome, directing inquiries, and ensuring a comfortable waiting area.
Managing phone calls:
Answering calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Administrative support:
Scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, organizing mail, and performing basic office tasks.
Maintaining the reception area:
Keeping the area clean, organized, and well-equipped.
Providing customer service:
Addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Other duties:
May include data entry, filing, preparing reports, and assisting with other tasks as needed.
