A Relationship Officer’s primary responsibility is building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate services to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. This role involves managing and growing a client portfolio, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service through collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and financial goals.
Provide personalized support and regular communication.
Handle client onboarding and address their queries and concerns.
2. Business Development:
Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Generate additional business and drive revenue growth.
Contribute to the overall business strategy and goals.
3. Customer Service:
Ensure client satisfaction through excellent service.
Promptly resolve client issues and address their concerns.
Gather feedback and conduct surveys to continuously improve the client experience.
4. Collaboration:
Work effectively with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, compliance) to deliver integrated solutions.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
5. Knowledge and Skills:
Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.
Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
Maintain a high level of ethical conduct and adhere to company policies.
Candidates with MFI experience are preferred.
Two wheeler & valid driving license are required.
