A Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs and matching them with the company’s vehicles and services. They will also build and maintain strong customer relationships, achieve sales targets and stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:
Meeting and greeting customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and guiding them through the sales process.
2. Vehicle Presentation:
Demonstrating vehicle features and benefits, answering customer questions, and providing detailed information about specifications and pricing.
3. Sales Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiating prices, handling objections, and closing sales deals.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
Following up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction, maintaining a customer database, and nurturing leads.
5. Product Knowledge:
Staying up-to-date on the latest vehicle models, features, and market trends.
6. Sales Target Achievement:
Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and contributing to overall team performance.
7. Promotional Activities:
Participating in sales events and promotional activities to attract new customers.
8. Coordination with other departments:
Collaborating with finance and other departments to facilitate smooth transactions.
9. Market Research:
Understanding market trends and competitor activities.
