Trainer

A Medical Billing Trainer is responsible for educating and training new hires or existing staff on medical billing processes, insurance guidelines, coding basics, and billing software. The role focuses on improving billing accuracy, compliance, and overall team performance through effective instruction and hands-on training.
Conduct training sessions for medical billing staff on billing processes, insurance rules, and claim submission.

Teach billing software usage, including charge entry, payment posting, denials management, and AR follow-up.

Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessments.

Monitor trainees’ performance and provide feedback for improvement.
