A Channel Sales Manager is responsible for growing sales through indirect channels, such as partners, distributors, and resellers, by building and managing those relationships. This role involves identifying and recruiting new partners, training and supporting them, and driving revenue through joint sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities of a Channel Sales Manager:
Partner Management:
Identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with channel partners.
Developing and implementing channel programs to support partners.
Monitoring partner performance and providing feedback.
Training and enabling partners on company products and sales techniques.
Revenue Generation:
Collaborating with partners to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
Driving sales and marketing campaigns through the channel.
Achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
Strategic Planning:
Developing and executing channel sales strategies.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
Managing channel budgets and forecasts.
Communication and Collaboration:
Acting as a bridge between partners and internal teams (sales, marketing, engineering).
Communicating company vision and goals to partners.
Balancing partner needs with company objectives.

We are hiring for a leading commercial vehicle manufacturer with a strong presence in India’s HD Truck & Trailer segment.

🔹 Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Channel Sales

🔹 Experience: 3 to 6 Years in Heavy Duty Trucks / Construction Equipment

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and increase market share in the MAV/TT segment

Customer profiling and engagement across the assigned territory

Support the dealer sales team with training, planning & performance tracking

Ensure process adherence and compliance at the dealership level

Engage with financiers for customer enablement and faster conversions

Business development and direct customer handling

Ideal Candidate

Education: BE/B.Tech (MBA preferred)

Age: 25–32 years

Strong in channel sales, business development, and customer relationship management

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Max notice period: 30 days
