Key Responsibilities:
1. Building and Maintaining Relationships:
Fostering strong client connections, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized service.
2. Client Communication:
Regularly communicating with clients to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates.
3. Business Development:
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, potentially cross-selling or upselling to existing clients.
4. Problem Solving:
Addressing customer complaints and concerns, finding solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Internal Collaboration:
Working closely with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
Tracking performance, analyzing data, and identifying trends to improve customer relationships and business strategies.
7. Client Needs Analysis:
Understanding customer needs, conducting customer interviews, and identifying areas for improvement
Should have 6 months LAP Experience.
