Job Descriptions
Achieve category-wise Sales targets for his/her respective territory/region.
Franchise Management- Manage the current store network in the region and identify opportunity for network expansion
Implement Store led BTL activities to drive footfalls
Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling,coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring,appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with the customer and sell with the complete product description
Influencing and selling jewellery
Addressing all customer queries & Influencing and selling jewellery
Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers
Completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery
