A Branch Development Manager(BDM) focuses on the strategic expansion and performance of a company’s branch network, driving sales growth, market penetration, and operational efficiency. They work closely with sales teams, operational departments, and senior management to align branch activities with overall company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conducts market research, analyzes trends, and identifies growth opportunities.
2. Sales and Business Development:
Develops and implements sales strategies, sets targets, and manages branch performance.
3. Operational Efficiency:
Ensures efficient branch operations, including staff management, resource allocation, and process optimization.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
Works closely with branch managers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure alignment and coordination.
5. Compliance and Regulatory:
Ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Experience: Prior experience in sales, branch management, or business development is highly valuable.
2. Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams.
3. Analytical and Strategic Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies.
4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Must have 6 months to 1 year relevant experience in Business loans, Mortgage loans, Machinery loans.
