1>>Recruitment and Onboarding:
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new hires, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
2>>Employee Relations:
Addressing employee concerns, resolving grievances, and mediating conflicts in line with company policies and legal frameworks.
4>>Training and Development:
Assessing training needs, organizing training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.
5>>Performance Management:
Assisting with performance appraisals, providing feedback, and supporting performance improvement plans.
6>>HR Policy Implementation:
Ensuring the effective implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
