A Security Field Officer would be responsible for managing and supervising security personnel at various client sites, ensuring adherence to security protocols, and maintaining strong client relationships. They would also handle manpower planning, training, and incident response.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manpower Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise security guards, housekeeping staff, and other personnel assigned to client sites.
2. Site Supervision:
Conduct regular site visits to assess security vulnerabilities, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Maintain regular communication with clients, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
4. Incident Response:
Respond to security incidents, such as emergencies, disturbances, or potential threats, and take appropriate action.
5. Training and Development:
Provide on-the-job training and refresher courses to security personnel on security procedures, emergency response, and client-specific requirements.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare incident reports, maintain logs, and submit regular reports to management and clients.
7. Access Control:
Monitor and manage access control procedures at client sites, including visitor registration and identification checks.
8. Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and relevant regulations.
9. Manpower Planning:
Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for manpower planning and fulfillment.
10. Contract Management:
Ensure timely renewal of client contracts and service agreements.
