>>Building and Maintaining Relationships: Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
>>Understanding Client Needs: Actively listening to clients, understanding their goals, and providing tailored solutions.
>>Providing Personalized Service: Offering personalized attention, support, and advice to clients.
Addressing Client Concerns: Quickly and effectively resolving client issues and complaints.
>>Identifying New Opportunities: Discovering new business prospects, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
>>Collaborating with Internal Teams: Working with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
>>Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking client interactions, analyzing data, and providing reports on performance.
>>Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and CRM systems.

Insurance Type: Life Insurance

Age Limit: Up to 30 years

Education: Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience: 1 to 3 Years in Life Insurance Sales
(Preference given to Bancassurance Channel experience)

Travel: Must have a Two-Wheeler & Valid Driving License

Salary: ₹3.5 LPA (Fixed) + ₹6,000 TA + Other Allowances + Lucrative Incentives

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
