Key Responsibilities of a Telecaller:
1. Making Outbound Calls: Reaching out to potential customers to promote products or services and generate leads.
2. Handling Inbound Calls: Assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and providing support.
3. Generating Leads and Closing Sales: Identifying potential customers and guiding them towards making a purchase.
4. Maintaining Customer Records: Documenting call interactions, customer feedback, and follow-up actions in a CRM system.
5. Providing Product/Service Information: Educating customers about product features, benefits, and pricing.
6. Resolving Customer Complaints: Addressing and resolving customer issues in a professional and efficient manner.
7. Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving individual and team sales goals.
8. Following Scripts and Guidelines: Adhering to communication scripts and company guidelines for consistency.
9. Maintaining Professionalism and Positive Attitude: Building rapport with customers and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Salary:
FRESHERS: 12K-14K
EXPERIENCE : 15K-18K
