Key Responsibilities:
1. Making outbound calls: Promoting products or services, generating leads, and following up with prospects.
2. Handling inbound calls: Assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing solutions.
3. Generating sales leads: Identifying potential customers and converting them into leads.
4. Maintaining accurate records: Updating CRM systems and documenting call details.
