Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Overseeing daily operations, coordinating with different departments (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, etc.), and ensuring all areas of the hotel function efficiently.
Staff Management:
Hiring, training, and supervising staff, creating work schedules, and providing leadership and guidance.
Guest Experience:
Ensuring high levels of customer service, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
Financial Management:
Managing budgets, forecasting revenue, analyzing financial performance, and implementing strategies to improve profitability.
Marketing and Sales:
Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive business, increase occupancy, and promote the hotel.
Compliance:
Ensuring the hotel adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.
Problem-Solving:
Identifying and resolving operational issues, guest complaints, and other challenges that may arise.
