Prohibited Conduct Users shall not:

• Scrape, copy, or distribute data without permission

Privacy and Data Protection

• The portal collects and processes personal data as per its privacy policy.
• Users consent to the collection, storage, and use of their data for job-matching purposes

Limitation of Liability

• The Poportaloes not guarantee job placement or employer credibility.
• The Portal is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from job listings or hiring decisions.

Termination and Suspension

• The Portal reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations of this Agreement.
• Users may delete their accounts at any time.

Amendments to the Agreement

The Portal may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Portal constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
