Account Registration

• The Portal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
Job Listings and Applications
• Employers must provide truthful job descriptions and refrain from posting misleading information.
• Job seekers must ensure their profiles and resumes are accurate and updated.
• The Portal is not responsible for the hiring process or outcomes
Prohibited Conduct Users shall not:
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings.
• Share offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
• Use the Portal for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Scrape, copy, or distribute data without permission
Privacy and Data Protection
• The portal collects and processes personal data as per its privacy policy.
• Users consent to the collection, storage, and use of their data for job-matching purposes
Limitation of Liability
• The Poportaloes not guarantee job placement or employer credibility.
• The Portal is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from job listings or hiring decisions.
Termination and Suspension
• The Portal reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations of this Agreement.
• Users may delete their accounts at any time.
Amendments to the Agreement
The Portal may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Portal constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
